Around 200 international students come every year to the FM & REM WinterSchool in Kufstein to work on a sustainable real estate project. This year, the students developed innovative usage concepts for a real existing building, planned renovations and subsequently assessed the property. Twenty teams tried to convince the customer of their respective project. Technicians, facility managers, architects, real estate experts and geographers worked on the project. The participants came from India, the USA, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria.
